My first BeachBody workout


I will be doing my workouts each day and saving the info into a journal and once a week I will add my entries so that you can see how it's going if interested.

I did my p90x today made it about 20 min into it and started to get tired but mostly ran out of time because of stupid work but anyway I was getting way more burn than expected I mean holding a ball over my head so what. But whoa it started to kick in. I am going to fight harder to do at least some of this daily it was good I felt my body start to think about the physical change immediately. I am so looking fwd to abbs and pecks.
